Following significant investment from shareholders DRB-HICOM and UK government’s Regional Growth Fund, Group Lotus Plc has announced new graduate opportunities across its Lotus Cars and Lotus Engineering divisions.
The Lotus Graduate Training Scheme comprises a two-year rotation programme that will see successful candidates moving throughout the Lotus Cars and Lotus Engineering divisions. Lotus prides itself on providing its people with a holistic approach to career development, and the graduate rotation process offers a thorough and comprehensive view of all its divisions and disciplines before trainees elect to specialise and hone their skills long-term.
Having acquired experience of six functions throughout the two-year period, trainees will be enrolled onto the Institution of Mechanical Engineers MPDS scheme and will work towards becoming chartered once they are established in their ultimate position.
Aslam Farikullah, Group Lotus Plc Chief Operating Officer, commented, “Lotus stands for performance, excellence and passion; being part of this iconic brand is something of which our people are proud and we are delighted to welcome the next generation of Lotus experts. We have a flexible, agile business culture, great facilities and tremendous support from our shareholders so our new starters are nurtured and flourish quickly.”
Entry to the Lotus Graduate Training Scheme delivers a diverse and dynamic programme of projects, working alongside world-class talent. Lotus has a culture of creativity, passion and drive and is the perfect breeding ground for talent because being part of a small, innovative team offers something unique – a genuine chance to make a difference.
